Dreams, The Brain And Memory

One of the questions I ask my brain concerning dreams is, “Where the hell did that come from?” Usually followed up with “Why?”

Last night, or this morning, I noticed something – I’ve never had a dream that wasn’t built from memories. I’ve talked a lot about the brain and what it does and what we call thinking. I’ve also said that while brain may be a part of mind, it’s probably not a very big part.

I think the brain is a combination of – Storage Device, browser (renders data onto our view screen) and Wave Receiver. What I believe it receives, or can receive, is the content of the universal mind. Universal mind I would simply say is data. All the data that can exist, exists in the universal mind. How? – don’t know. Why? – don’t know. I’d like to, so I work at developing my receiver. Is it working? I don’t know….probably, something seems to be changing.

If you recall any dream you’ve ever had, can you find anything in it that isn’t contained in memory? You see people, anybody wearing anything new, something you haven’t seen people wear? Even if you don’t recognize what they’re wearing – there still wearing something and that comes from memory. They may be wearing blue goo – who hasn’t seen that in some movie or cartoon?

You dream of monsters, sex, confusing situations, embarrassment, joy, love and so on – all stuff from memory. I wonder what babies dream about. Do they dream? I’ve never been around one for any length of time so I can’t say.

The other question is why. Why would the brain find it necessary to render all this crap to me – right when I want to go to sleep? Or, render it while I’m sleeping and wake me up? I’d say my brain doesn’t like me but that would mean I have a sentient being living in my head. Is that possible? It is in the movies.

When I stopped using drugs and started figuring out how I was going to live, with myself, I started looking in to all of this with great vigor (like my life depended on it). This led me to listen closely to the following people:

Understanding the brain and our relationship to it, in the context laid out by the above authors, has helped me immensely. It’s helped me when wanting to figure something out. I don’t use my brain to figure things out in a thinking way. I’ve found the brain is fairly useless in this regard and more of a hindrance to real problem solving.

note: There’s a difference between problems and puzzles. Puzzles have pre-existing pieces available here on earth. Brain is great for this puzzle play. Problems are things that man has yet to find a solution to. Problems which occur post-solution is just orneriness.

Now as a receiver it works pretty good. The main hindrance in this department is my lack of knowledge in how to tune the brain to be a better receiver. I used binuaral beats for this. Play with them at: Audio Player/Audio Playlist, and listen to the one titled Ascension Harmonics.

Ascension Harmonics deal with using sound to tune the DNA, yes, long story but well within the grasp of the brain. Anything that’s been found out on earth can be grasp by the brain. It will assign it to memory. Be careful – this is how all goofy fundamentalism is formed. Be ready to discard anything at any time regardless of emotional attachment.

Remember the answer to all problems is available. It just isn’t necessarily available here – In memory. So the brain will never be able to access it through thinking. But – As a receiver, able to connect with universal mind…..As always, have fun…..
