Addiction Help: Herbs & Spices

Addiction has a lot of side affects. After we end the addiction we find our minds and bodies need continued treatment. If we’re going to feel good we’ll need to find out what we need and get busy getting it.

Lots of us have liver problems to one degree or another. Also, due to our addiction, we’re all suffering from vitamin and mineral depletion. Even people with no addictions, who live and eat in todays society, suffer poor health from nutrient deficiency.

Another common result of addiction and the addicted lifestyle, and the resulting malnutrition, is organ damage. The digestive system should be an obvious place to start on the road to recovery. I used, and use to this day, medicinal plants, herbal remedies, herbs, spices and other Ayurveda remedies.

What we could really benefit from would be a place where we could type in our condition (as we see it) and get some herbal remedies.

If you go to this site: www.herbsnspicesinfo.com, then click on this page: herbal remedies, you’ll see what I’m talking about.

This is what I did when I got off drugs. After the initial detox I once again found myself – absolutely miserable. Mainly I felt it in my body but my brain wasn’t doing me any favors either. So I went on a search for a cure.

I knew that I couldn’t stay off drugs and feel like that. I also knew that if I kept using drugs I’d keep getting worse – feeling worse. So I started getting information and applying what I found.

The reason I say, start with the stomach, is it does know good to take something (by mouth) for the heart if it’s not processed properly in the stomach. You can get started on this self treatment by following the links provided below:
