		<description>Good article Doug.  Thanks for showing us how you solve your own problems.  I think I know the article you are referring to that you were unsure of and wanted to tell you I found it interesting, yet confusing and hard to understand (being a new student of self awareness).

I am glad that someone who spends as much time as you do working on self-exploration still stumbles and questions themselves.  I am comforted knowing I am not the only one who has self-doubts.  Positive affirmations seem to work for me as I am sure you already know.

Keep up the brilliant writing Doug.  I am sure your readers and followers would agree we always walk away with a nugget we can use or ponder after reading your works.</description>
