Get Dark Deception Dr Mercola
a beacon of light to shine on the pack of deceptions the government and big business don't want you to find out about sunlight. You deserve to live the fullest and healthiest life possible, now you can discover the truth.
Why Do We Get Cancer?
The truth about cancer is you've probably had cancer and never knew it. In this section I'm putting everything a person needs to know about cancer to keep from getting it and cure it if they have it. The first thing people should know is the Cancer Industry does not have a cure for cancer. We should say, the Cancer Industry does not use the cures for cancer. To do so would put them out of business and that's not going to happen.
What is happening is the Cancer Industry, backed by government agencies like the FDA and the AMA are putting cancer cures out of business by making them illegal. Codex is a government program to make natural independent health care illegal. Personal choice and treatment options are being systematically eliminated. Cancer causing agents are being produced and passed off as safe.
The bottom line for people in the 21st century is it's almost impossible to live a life cancer free. We must rely on our immune systems to beat the cancers we get. So, the answer is in building the best immune systems we can while finding ways to limit our intake of cancer causing agents and toxins.
Get Millet, Flax, Hemp, Chia and other Grains and Seeds Inside Your Body
That may seem like a silly title but it's exactly what I was thinking when I was in the kitchen just now.
There is a lot of information on the health benefits of these grains and seeds. ( I've swiped some information from other sites and placed it below ) But none of that information, on it's own, can help us. We have to get this stuff in our bodies – on a regular basis.
It's little use to eat healthy stuff - once in a while. If you want to live to be a hundred you have to eat like people who live to be a hundred. ( World Without Cancer )
Here's what I did today. First I got the Quinoa, the Millet and the Whole Flax Seeds out of the pantry and onto the counter top. I got the rice cooker out and added some water. I added a mix of: half Saffron Rice and for the other half, a combination of the (whole grained) Millet, Flax seeds and Quinoa.
Why did I mix it this way? I wanted to make something I could eat that resembled a rice pilaf. Why? Because I'll eat rice pilaf. I added some Turmeric, a curry, some saffron, Celtic Salt, and some flakes of a blistering hot little pepper that grows in South Texas.
I turned it on and left. I can smell it right now, so I guess it's close to being done. I made enough to last a while so whatever I eat I can have it as a side dish. The whole point is – I'm going to eat it – not just know I should eat it.
Seeds like Chia & Hemp are best added afterward, when it's time to eat. Just throw them on top after the dish is reheated. You can also add them in this way to eggs and soups.
Hey! Got any recipes? I don't, so if you do why don’t you share them?

Millet – Millet is a good source of the minerals phosphorous, manganese and magnesium. Eating millet may provide heart-protective properties, help repair body tissue, lower your risk of type 2 diabetes, help prevent gallstones, prevent cancer and heart disease, and protect against childhood asthma. Sesame seeds – Sesame seeds and tahini are in beneficial minerals. Not only are sesame seeds a very good source of manganese and copper, but are also a good source of calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorous, vitamin B1 (thiamin), zinc, fiber, and healthy fats. They contain powerful antioxidants called lignans, which are also anti-carcinogenic. They also contain phytosterols, which block cholesterol production. Sesame contains one lignan to it called sesamin. Eating sesame seeds may help lower cholesterol, provide relief for rheumatoid arthritis, and support vascular and respiratory health. The nutrients of sesame seeds are better if they are ground or pulverized before consumption.

www.bodyecology.com 7 risks consuming grains
Amaranth – contains B vitamins, calcium, iron and Vitamin C. Amaranth may help lower cholesterol.
Millet, quinoa and amaranth are alkaline-forming, while buckwheat is acid-forming. Acid-forming is not necessarily “bad.” Please don’t think good or bad when it comes to acid and alkaline, think balance.
Ideally a Body Ecology meal might have about 20% acid-forming foods like animal proteins or buckwheat combined with 80% alkaline-forming foods like vegetables, ocean vegetables and cultured vegetables. However, at times when you are too toxic and very acidic, meals that are 100% alkaline-forming will work best for you
