The videos at DgsWilson.com are all chosen to assist people who want to improve their lives. Rarely will we find anyone who wouldn't like to improve their living conditions. Our personal conditions always extend outward and must be included in any assessment of "My Life". Children we've never met in far off lands must be thought of as part of our lives. Simply because they are here with us in this world. The entire world at this moment is part of "Our Lives". So, we can work on the very close, like getting a more comfortable mattress or changing the way we eat. But we also effect, and are effected by the entire world - the universe as a whole.

On this life improvement path the first condition we must work on is our own mental condition. Information about the world is essential in making the best decisions. Following this reasoning I've selected these videos for their most basic - Must Know - content. Of course I have a limited amount of space at the moment. This is changing and soon I'll make more available. But the basics are here. From here we can go on to discuss and seek out more informational videos and share with each other.

Health and Nutrition are vital in the decision making process too. The better we think and feel the more likely we are to have sane reactions to this activity filled world around us. The Better our brains and bodies function the better our lives can be. This happens by default and is really the easiest part of the whole life improvement business. You are what you eat.

Establishing a direction, a course of action, can aid us in quickly manifesting something good in this world. You can't get where you're going if you don't know where you're going. You won't have a direction until you choose one. What I did, and still do, is ask "Everything that is to direct me to what is best". What direction is that? Not sure but I guess it's for the "whatever is best". Direction is the tricky one. It takes a while. We can easily get caught up in ego decisions and spend a lot of time working our asses off to find that it was never all that important in the first place. Still, it's something we can all consider and contemplate.
