In our 3D Recovery method the second "D" is all about getting factual information. Workable "Data". Good data has only one criteria, it has to be real. Nice, pleasant, soothing, comforting are all meaningless. Only real data is holistically beneficial. It's timeless. It's the realistic foundation on which we might build our temporal lives. Without it our entire structure is unsound and susceptible to collapse. If you've ever wondered why people who appeared to "Have it all" jumped off bridges or blew their brains out it can all be explained by examining their foundations. Their worlds were made, by them, from data - that simply didn't add up. As a result their world view became unacceptable. They just no longer wanted to be there. Having no where else to go, they left in the only manner they could conceive.

While my aim is to provide useful, informative material. Serious material that addresses causes and conditions. Some of it I've written just for fun. I don't know if the fun stuff is real. It could be - but maybe not. Could be and might be is not harmful. If it gets slipped in to the "this is real" file it can create all kinds of havoc in the brain. I like fantasy, I like "Maybe" - I just keep it separate. I'm completely comfortable with "Don't know". I'm very interested in the benefits of not knowing, so much so, I started the Donoist Society...

UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION & HABEAS CORPUS

Why is this day so threatening to our United States Constitution?

Because the Military Commissions Act of 2006 does away with the "Writ of Habeas Corpus.

In a BBC News article from March 9, 2005, Habeas Corpus is explained:

"Habeas corpus (ad subjiciendum) is Latin for "you may have the body" (subject to
examination). It is a writ which requires a person detained by the authorities be brought before a court of law so that the legality of the detention may be examined.

The name is taken from the opening words of the writ in medieval times. Although rarely used nowadays, it can theoretically be demanded by anyone who believes they are unlawfully detained and it is issued by a judge.

It does not determine guilt or innocence, merely whether the person is legally imprisoned. It may also be writ against a private individual detaining another. If the charge is considered to be valid, the person must submit to trial but if not, the person goes free. The Habeas Corpus Act passed by Parliament in 1679 guaranteed this right in law, although its origins go back much further, probably to Anglo-Saxon times."

In Brown v. Vasquez, 952 F.2d 1164, 1166 (9th Cir. 1991), cert. denied, 112 S.Ct. 1778 (1992), the court observed that the Supreme Court has, "...recognized the fact that the writ of habeas corpus is the fundamental instrument for safeguarding individual freedom against arbitrary and lawless state action." Two telling quotes: "The legislation before us would not merely suspend the Great Writ of Habeas Corpus, it just eliminates it permanently."

If the media wasn't censored and controlled, quotes like these would be screaming at you from your TV and newspapers. But, they don't tell you these important details. As a result, there's a yawn across America in response to this.

STEPS TOWARD A SOLUTION

The attack on the United States Constitution by the Military Commissions Act of 2006 is the culmination of the slow transformation America has gone through from republic to police state.

Yes, we know, the Supreme Court has made recent rulings that seem to minimize what Bush did with the Military Commissions Act. However, it's important to keep your eyes on those pushing for an end to U.S. sovereignty and a realization of that elite utopia called world government.

The real "devil" in this attack on our United States Constitution is the secret cabal of bankers and capitalists who have enslaved you with their private banking practices.

What is Transhumanism?

Julian Huxley first coined the term, "transhumanism", in the 1950's. Huxley was the first director of UNESCO and brother of author Aldous, who wrote the science fiction novel, "A Brave New World"

Julian Huxley was also a keen proponent of eugenics and it is fitting that that he was the first to use the term "transhumanism" as it is merely a variant of eugenics doctrine that he so heavily endorsed.

But what exactly is transhumanism? Transhumanism can loosely be described as physical and mental enhancement of humanity through technology. Transhumanist thinkers want to eradicate what they consider to be undesirable aspects of human nature, such as, aging, suffering, disease and even death. From the transhumanism.org website:

"A word about Stimulation"

I want to say just a few words about the stimulus notion. I guess I should start with the idea of an economy. A good economy is one where you sell more than you buy. We don't. So what do we do then? Print money. It's not real money. We've been doing this for many years. Living in a fairy tale authored by the international banking cartel.

So what is a stimulus package supposed to do? Encourage spending. Why? Good question. What does spending money that we don't "really" have get us? More debt. How does more debt help us? It doesn't. So why are we agreeing to do it? Because we don't know what's going on? We don't understand the system? We listen to economists? We trust the government and the news and the so called experts? Must be. What's the solution? There is no solution in a make believe economy. We can get to the solutions for all things if we can get rid of the present banking system.

Next we can take away the corporations claim to the rights of human beings. Since that law was passed all kinds of hell has been unleashed on the real human being. These are just common sense things. But it's what we need to return to. The move away from sanity that avarice has engineered can be undone. It will be when enough people understand the real problem and insist on the reestablishment of ethics and common sense as the guiding rule. In no world can you spend your way out of debt.
