Being Emotional - Being Energy
"The Energy of Emotion"
We all have experienced bad feelings. I want to look at these feelings and find out what they are - what they're made of. I want to know where they come from and what I can do to put an end to them. Don't you?We know that all feelings, or emotional states, will have a unique chemical composition that accompanies them. This has to be the case since the body is a composition of chemicals. This is why pharmaceutical companies make chemicals - for every possible condition. Overpowering these chemical conditions by introducing some other chemicals can work, to some unknown degree. This works temporarily - but it doesn't get rid of the problem. It just masks the problem by bypassing or forcing the brain to produce more or less of the target chemical.
The best molecular manipulation doesn't address the problem. The chemical condition and molecular state are resulting conditions of the problem. People usually react to feeling bad by wanting to feel good. This wanting might end up in shopping, gambling, arguing, isolating and other resentment type habits. Or more toxic habits like keeping your head buried in the drug bucket. The problem with all the usual (popular) remedies is, they really don't work. They can't really work because identifying the problem as emotional in nature isn't really correct.
It's easier to see using a common physical example. A thorn stuck in your foot is painful - what's the problem? Whatever you answered the solution is to remove the thorn. So why would it be different for an emotion? A feeling? I figure one reason for this is a result of a lack of education. I think the lack of 'common sense' education has resulted in a very mixed up and misdirected society. We have been given a bunch of bad data and we're trying to live sanely with our heads full of nonsense.
Here is a really effective way to start understanding and dealing with emotional energy. Even if the exercise isn't specifically designed for that - it's all connected.
Creating a Vortex of Light Around You
Here’s how you do this!
1. First focus in your crown center, or pineal gland, and deeply feel the organ. So you are either feeling the top of your brain, or you are focusing in the center of your head on the same level as your eyebrows. Go to the Creating The Vortex of Light

If we don't remove these emotional thorns we really haven't done much of anything. The problems always resurface, with time, in other areas. These problems will never go away until we stop the process that produces them - remember this. Remembering this is one of the best habits people can form. It's part of insisting on a more real world.
To see an example of the 'unreal world' we can look at children and their emotional state when they're scared of something. Something that might be out there in the dark for example. It may not be real, but can result in real terror. To them it's so scary it can be physically debilitating. They can be literally 'frozen' with fear. This is all a result of bad data. Faulty data always results in an unreal world.
The adult who knows it's not real is dealing with better data. In fact that's how we respond, we tell them there's nothing there, we try to give them better data. There's nothing there. It's not real. Eventually the data is incorporated and the unreal monsters "out there" in the dark disappear.
It's the imagined thing that's scary. After every thing I've looked into I've come to that conclusion - It's the imagined world that's scary. Probably the main reason for it being so scary is there's no 'real' way to deal with it.
Not Getting At The Source Of The Problem
I mentioned that all problems personal and global are the result of a lack of facts. Yes, this is a big blanket statement. It's also a statement that can be readily proven by anyone interested. Getting it intellectually isn't all that tough. For instance the example was used with children being afraid of the dark. No child is ever born that is afraid of the dark. Children at this age have to get it from somewhere other than themselves. Here is the progression of a problem: You are a human, you get data, from this data you form ideas, from the ideas you form thoughts, the thoughts make chemicals and chemicals make feelings. What part of this process can we change? Take a second or two and think about it. Look at the progression. Data. If we are not OK our data is not OK. Getting data is a process and takes as long as it takes. What we do in the mean time is crucial to our survival. Right now we can practice some things and get some results. The main thing that messes with us is feelings. The end of the process. It's not the place to fix things but we can do some things to get relief when we need it. So what about feelings.
When you see a feeling and think,"Oh no, here it comes again...and there's nothing I can do", it gets worse. Thinking that there is nothing you can do about something will produce nasty chemicals all by itself. OK, so I'll get to it.
We now know all we'll ever need to know about feelings. But the title for this page is redirecting energy so why aren't we talking about that? As in all things, we can deal with feelings once we know they aren't some ethereal phenomena. We can deal with anything once we know what it is and where it comes from. Now we know what they're made out of. What's the chemical made out of? What's everything made out of? If you've read the rest of this little book you know that I'm going to say, it's energy. It can't be anything else. How does that help us? Haven't you heard all those people saying how they are going to get to the bottom of this or that? Why would someone say that? Why would so many people say it that it's now the standard model for solving problems? It's fairly obvious when dealing with the macro environment right? Nobody throws water at the smoke.
Below these feelings, which are physical things there is energy. Now we are getting to the bottom of things. No we didn't skip something in the process. The process like everything else is contained within the energy that is life. It is another form. The question that always arises in the brain is,"what can I do with energy?". If you look at this question for a minute you'll see how ill equipped the brain is for dealing with the true nature of life. The brain itself is nothing but energy...but it doesn't know it. It doesn't know what it is, so it doesn't know what life is. It constantly makes mistakes and dumps chemicals into....itself and we who still don't know what we are, react. The reason we don't know what we are is because we listen to the brain all day. The brain that's crammed full of bad data. Ok so the energy that we are has the structure that we have discussed and we know that this is a tangible thing. Small but tangible. We want to spot the energy when we feel the discomfort of the brain-thought-chemical-feeling-process. All energy is moving. All energy moves in vortices and anti-vortices
Vortices in magnets
Different classes vortex waves also exist in magnets . They are exact solutions of classical nonlinear magnetic equations e.g. Landau-Lifshitz equation, continuum Heisenberg model, Ishimori equation, nonlinear Schrodinger equation and so on.
Observations A vortex can be seen in the spiraling motion of air or liquid around a center of rotation. Circular current of water of conflicting tides form vortex shapes. Turbulent flow makes many vortices. A good example of a vortex is the atmospheric phenomenon of a whirlwind or a tornado or dust devil. This whirling air mass mostly takes the form of a helix, column, or spiral. Tornadoes develop from severe thunderstorms, usually spawned from squall lines and supercell thunderstorms, though they sometimes happen as a result of a hurricane.
In atmospheric physics, a mesovortex is on the scale of a few miles (smaller than a hurricane but larger than a tornado). [2] On a much smaller scale, a vortex is usually formed as water goes down a drain, as in a sink or a toilet. This occurs in water as the revolving mass forms a whirlpool. This whirlpool is caused by water flowing out of a small opening in the bottom of a basin or reservoir. This swirling flow structure within a region of fluid flow opens downward from the water surface.
Instances * In the hydrodynamic interpretation of the behaviour of electromagnetic fields, the acceleration of electric fluid in a particular direction creates a positive vortex of magnetic fluid. This in turn creates around itself a corresponding negative vortex of electric fluid.
* Smoke ring : A ring of smoke which persists for a surprisingly long time, illustrating the slow rate at which viscosity dissipates the energy of a vortex.
* Lift-induced drag of a wing on an aircraft.
* The primary cause of drag in the sail of a sloop.
* Whirlpool : a swirling body of water produced by ocean tides or by a hole underneath the vortex, where water drains out, as in a bathtub. A large, powerful whirlpool is known as a maelstrom. In popular imagination, but only rarely in reality, can they have the dangerous effect of destroying boats. Examples are Scylla and Charybdis of classical mythology in the Straits of Messina, Italy; the Naruto whirlpools of Nankaido, Japan; the Maelstrom, Lofoten, Norway.
* Tornado : a violent windstorm characterized by a twisting, funnel-shaped cloud. A less violent version of a tornado, over water, is called a waterspout.
* Hurricane : a much larger, swirling body of clouds produced by evaporating warm ocean water and influenced by the Earth's rotation. Similar, but far greater, vortices are also seen on other planets, such as the permanent Great Red Spot on Jupiter and the intermittent Great Dark Spot on Neptune.
* Polar vortex : a persistent, large-scale cyclone centered near the Earth's poles, in the middle and upper troposphere and the stratosphere.
* Sunspot : dark region on the Sun's surface (photosphere) marked by a lower temperature than its surroundings, and intense magnetic activity.
* Spiral galaxy : a type of galaxy in the Hubble sequence which is characterized by a thin, rotating disk. Earth's galaxy, the Milky Way is of this type.
The question is, once I start to see that all is energy, what do I do about it. When the feeling is there, when you feel the chemical present, watch it. Know that at the bottom of this is movement. Know that this movement is spinning. See if you can sense the direction of the spin. When you feel the direction, when you have a sort of picture of it, reverse it. It's probably a good idea not to think about this too much. Get a picture, make a picture, of what you think it looks like. Then just move it the other way. It's good to use something that you can picture easily. A hula hoop? An energy hoop? When you get a good one put it in the forum for some one else. All the manifestations of this same energy are a little different. In the oneness of things this is completely rational. We are one thing. We make different aspects of the whole with our intuitive imaginative characteristics. If all energy took the same shape it wouldn't be much fun. Everyone's favorite ice cream would be raspberry, we'd all do the things needed for us all to ..... get more ice cream and you wouldn't hear anybody say, "well, what do you want to do now", because you'd know.
Since that's not the case, everyone will see this energy spinning differently. Everyone will approach it's reversal a little differently. I like to do the old breathe and watch thing until I can really feel its direction and then just make a picture of it going the other way. All this is nothing new. In fact nothing I say is new. Who said, "there is nothing new under the sun"? Did you ever think about that? The way it works with everyone repeating the same observations throughout history? If every body heard things the same it would only have to be said once, by one person. We'd all understand and move on to some thing better. We don't all hear the same. How much of this is due to the ideas we develop from the data is hard to figure. It is a factor. One we can do something about. So we all say things a little differently. We all paint different pictures with the words we use. What I fail to grasp from Joe I easily recognize when I hear Sarah explain it. When people stop campaigning false data it will go much smoother for everyone. So you can read, and should, miles of stuff on vortexes and energies, energy dance, energy therapy and on and on. However, this is a way to effect our conditions today. I'm always interested in finding something I can do, right now. In one of the quotes, pasted all over this site, it reads, "Two questions should always be asked about everything. Is it real? Does it work?".
